The oil used here is not of low-grade quality but it is extra virgin olive oil. It preserves not only the original taste of the olives but acts also as a natural preservative agent instead of chemical ones.
If all olives are eaten you can use the remaining oil for salads, pasta sauces etc.
Due to supply difficulties of our past deliverer for olives in oil we gradually change our product range. Therefore not all kinds of olives are currently available.
