Thymol is a powerful antiseptic, antimicrobial. Our body also benefits from soothing inflammation, fungi, Colds and flu symptoms, relieves persistent cough. It has beneficial effects on chronic rheumatoid arthritis.

For sore throat: add a drop of thyme essential oil to a mug of tea. Its spasmolytic properties relax the bronchial muscle and in combination with its expectorant properties make it effective against coughing.

Treat gingivitis and bad breath by dissolve 3 drops in water and gargle to reduce the odor caused by bacteria.

In the bathroom: add 10 drops of thyme essential oil to the bathtub. Its analgesic properties relieve arthritis and rheumatism.
